20 Minute Nap

There are many benefits of napping. Among its benefits are:
- Decreases risk of heart disease
- Rejuvenates mind and body, increases concentration and productivity
- Safe energy boost
I am a firm believer of napping. Working from home makes it easier to do, but there is a fine line between a good power nap and too much of a good thing. A 20 minute nap is ideal to recharge your batteries, and get yourself going again. However, my 20 minute naps have sometimes turned into an hour. An hour nap is not 3 times as beneficial as a 20 minute nap. After an hour, you are behind schedule, and scrambling to catch up the rest of the day.
To help with sticking to an 20 minute nap, try this site: 20 Minute Nap
It provides music conducive to napping. At the end of 20 minutes, the music stops and an alarm is sounded to wake you up, and get you back to work. Turn up your speakers, find a comfortable chair, and give it a try.
