One of the thrills in writing a blog is that somehow you have an audience who appreciates your work.  I never intended to write for a larger audience than maybe 10 of my friends and relatives, but somehow in the blogosphere, people have found my blog.  I’ve met many interesting people who share similar interests.

On the other hand, sometimes you spend a lot of time writing something I think is quite good.  I think its interesting, and others might benefit from.  And nobody reads it.  That’s a little hard sometimes, especially when you have spent a lot of time on it.

And than sometimes, you spend very little time on something you think is kind of amusing, and just post it.  For some reasons, it becomes very popular, much more popular than the posts you have spent much more time on.  That is the case with my post on Rickroll’d.  Here it is if you have not seen it:  Rickroll’d

I have no idea why its so popular, but I have been on the front page of Google for the term “Rickroll’d” for several months.  I think I’m still on the top of the second page last time I checked.   Unfortunately, its linked to my old blog.   Since, this was so popular, I decided to try my luck at posting another rickroll’d related video.  This is from the tv show “Family Guy”.  I thought it was funny because it spoofs not only the “Rickroll’d’ phenomenon, but also a scene from the Back to the Future movie.  Enjoy.
